Sharon is a highly skilled facilitator, trainer and mentor who has devoted her life to empowering others. Through her company, Inspire Away, she oversees bespoke staff development programmes for some of the UK's top research institutions. Since 2016 she has partnered with The Catalyst Care Group to provide specialist training for staff in the healthcare sector. Sharon is a trained Safeguarding Coordinator who has lead teaching programmes for children and young people as pastor of a small community church. Sharon brings firsthand experience and understanding to the SHE team through her long-time investment in the Kampala Children’s Centre (KCC) in Uganda.
